✦ Indoor Space ✦

This thoughtfully designed 340 sq ft tiny home makes the most of every inch, creating a cozy and functional space. While storage is limited, comfort and style were not compromised, and The Nest includes the amenities needed for longer stays.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and features a gas stove, sink, microwave, toaster, and coffee bar. We provide milk and sugar for coffee, as well as cooking oil, salt, pepper, and foil. The dining area includes a bar top for indoor or outdoor use.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and rain shower. One towel and face cloth are provided per guest.

✦ Location ✦

We are located adjacent to the Skyway Bridge that takes you right to beautiful Prince Edward County. ‘The County’ is renowned for its wineries, breweries, beaches, artsy culture, food scene and much more.

Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory is a First Nation reserve in which we are located on. The reserve holds a lot of history and culture with an array of artists. We encourage our guests to visit the Native Owned Art Gallery & Gift Store on Hwy 49, just 5 minutes away from us. This makes for a great starting point to get to know the culture. The reserve is also renowned for its cheap gas and pot shops. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to fill up your vehicle while you’re here but we please ask not to smoke in the tiny home during your stay.

The best way to get around would be with your own vehicle or with a rental car. There is also a taxi company called The Taxi Guy operating out of Picton. They are available for taxi service in the PEC area. Please visit our booklet for more information on wine and brewery tours.

The waterfront access is shared with other guests and rv park users. Guests are welcome to use the canoe provided, just please bring back to your lot after each use. For boat launching, use Deseronto boat launch about 5 minutes away from us.

✦ Self Check-In & Communication ✦

Guests access The Nest via a pin code for a private, self-check-in experience. We’re available to answer questions or concerns by text from 8 am to 10 pm. While the park owner is occasionally on site, all inquiries are handled directly by us.
